The Blue Mango story began when our founders saw
an opportunity to create a unique dining experience for our
guests by offering great food at an affordable price in a
comfortable yet lively atmosphere.
Since the opening of our first location in Ayrshire, Scotland in
1988, we've been committed to offering our guests a refreshing
change from the ordinary and we continue to raise the bar for
Asian dining.
Now, with over six locations in the UK, we are considered
trendsetters in creating unique, often copied, food and beverage
items and concepts.
A big reason for our success is that our kitchen
team since the beginning ensure that our menus always reflect our
commitment to serving high quality, familiar foods with unique
