Milan Indian Cuisine has established an excellent reputation for their Five Star authentic and International cuisine. The menu has been prepared after careful study and consultation, and both the Management and Staff are at the disposal of each and every customer to ensure that the Quality and Service are second to none. The Tandoor is a traditional clay oven in which Chicken, Lamb, Prawns and baking Naan Breads are cooked in on charcoal fires. This process seals the goodness and the smouldering charcoal gives the food a distinct flavour. Indian cuisine is a subtle combination of exotic spices and herbs, each of our dishes has it’s own individual taste created by fresh herbs and spices, not curry powder. The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries old tradition capturing the true taste of Indian cooking.
