The Boat House has a stunning location, sat on the harbour’s edge just inches from picturesque village of St Aubin. Set at the Western end of this spectacular crescent shaped St Aubins Bay, this brand new, two storey, glass and timber building with large terraced areas has terrific views of the sea, harbour, and boats. It is an amazing place to spend time with friends and enjoy fine cuisine.

The Boat House offers a ground floor bar and brasserie and a first floor restaurant. A clean and simple style, using the freshest ingredients, makes The Boat House an unforgettable experience.

Restaurant

The first floor Restaurant with its’ sensational vista of the Bay of St Aubin offers a stunning and unique venue for your enjoyment. We are proud to serve a variety of the finest fresh Jersey fish, prepared simply to enhance the naturally fresh, clean flavours of the sea and succulent textures. Where possible we use local produce to reflect our wonderful surroundings which we are sure you will find quite breathtaking.

Our kitchen team is led by John Benson-Smith and he has assembled a brigade of experienced and enthusiastic chefs who work under his guidance to create an unique experience.

With an acclaimed wine list with in excess of 100 bins, this includes our fabulous wine table which features many ‘hard to come by’ wines which often have limited availability. All of this, coupled with our trademark hospitality, makes the Boat House Restaurant an unforgettable dining experience, with a vantage point of St Aubin’s Harbour which is hard to equal.

Come and see this superb dining environment that we have created, sit out on our covered terrace and relax and enjoy the surroundings. Gaze out at the expansive sandy beach and turquoise waters.

Bar

The ground floor bar and eaterie offers the same quality and spectacular setting as the Restaurant, but in a more casual atmosphere, and will no doubt prove to be one of the most popular outdoor/indoor decks from which you can gaze out at the boats bobbing in the harbour.

A perfect spot to settle in and relax for luncheon served between 12.00 and 2.30 or dinner served from 6.00 until 9.30 every day. This relaxed Bar does not take table reservations however we will take your orders at the table.

Cookery School at Boat House Restaurant & Bar

A one-day course giving you a chance to experience 'hands-on' cooking and an informative tutorial with Chef John Benson-Smith, who until recently ran Cookery School in North Yorkshire for 9 years. John’s wealth of experience includes judging on BBC's Masterchef and being Consultant Executive Chef to Manchester City Football Club for the last three and a half years. John is also a Gold Medal winner and former Chef of the Year.
